M.C. Gupta is Gold Medalist in LL.B. and having a degree in Company Secretary-ship. He has 25 years rich experience in Legal and Company Secretarial Functions which includes, Corporate Legal Advisory, Legal Research, Company Law matters, Compliances, Litigation Management, Commercial Contracting, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Drafting and Vetting of Contracts and Agreements, Appearing before NCLT and other judicial/Quasi-judicial bodies and Tribunals
Also having experience in Acquisition, Title Search Reports, Legal Due Diligence, Loan Documentation, Project Finance and Appraisal, Private Equity Transactions, Merger & De-merger and Company Secretarial matters of Listed and Non-Listed Companies.
He was associated with renowned companies where he worked at a senior level positions and gained a significant experience in litigation management, contract management, appearance in various Courts, Tribunals, regulatory commissions, ROC, CLB, High Court, Supreme Court and various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
VIVEK KUMAR

Vivek Kumar is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also a registered Insolvency Professional (IP) under IBC 2016. He has vast experience of over 30 years in Company Law, SEBI, Securities Laws, FEMA, Legal Due Diligence, Debt Syndication & Transaction Documents, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Listings and Capital Market Transactions, Corporate structuring and other corporate & regulatory compliances.
He had the privilege of being actively associated in the formation and functioning of many Corporate Houses along with rendering of professional services in the areas of Corporate Law Compliances and Management. To name few, he has closely worked with corporates like Hindustan Power Group, IREO Private Limited, Abhijeet Group, Spentex Industries Limited, Jain Studios Limited and Shonkh Technologies Int’l Limited and various Foreign Subsidiaries of Indian Promoters.
His area of practice includes corporate law compliances, secretarial record maintenance, SEBI Matters, RBI/FEMA Matters, Liaison with Statutory Authorities viz. ROC, RD, NCLT etc., merger-demerger of companies, Secretarial Audit, incorporation and post compliances of companies/LLP/ societies, IBC matters, Legal Due Diligence.
TARUN MANOCHA

Tarun Manocha is LL.B. and is result-oriented legal professional having nearly 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial practice. He is experienced in Corporate Legal Advisory, Litigation Management, Commercial Agreements and Contracts, Land Due Diligence and Title Search Report.
Mr. Manocha is predominantly active as a litigation lawyer specially in infra and power sector and appears before Regulatory Commissions in various states, Appellate Tribunals and other courts. He is expert in Preparing and finalizing various Case Papers including Plaint, Written Statement, Statement of Claim, POAs, Writ Petition, Memorandum of Appeal and Application, Special Leave Petition (SLP), Arbitral Claim. He also deals in the matrimonial disputes.
He is having good command on drafting/vetting of diverse Corporate and Commercial Agreements and Contract including EPC, PPA, SHA and SPA etc. and Advance Bank Guarantees, Performance Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees, Letter of Award, Letter of Intent and Lease Deeds.
